Job Summary

• Display a high level of integrity, positivity, and accountability in all aspects of the job


• Exceed daily outbound call volume expectations 


• Exceed weekly and monthly sales goals


• Demonstrate efficient time management and organizational skills


• Provide excellent customer service on the phone and in-person 


• Must be able to communicate in a professional manner, both written and verbal, to all levels of the organization


• Actively assists customer service efforts by assisting the fan relations, group sales, and other members of the ticketing department, as needed
