Coordinator, Media Relations

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of helping in the daily operations of the Communications Department.
Duties

• Helping to develop strategies, content, ideas, media opportunities for the players
• Helping in the production and distribution of the team's baseball information
• Helping to direct and coordinate news conferences and other media operations
• Developing and maintaining of relations with local/national baseball/sports media
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with strong skills in communications/organizational/interpersonal
• Can work under pressure
• Can work varying days/hours
• Strong skills in computer
• 1 year of professional sports or college experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Spanish preferred
