Job Summary
Position Summary
- The Mapping Specialist will work closely with our team to ensure proper distribution of ticket inventory and communicate with customers and vendors regarding ticket inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Use schedule mapping for Priority list
• Use schedule importer to mass create / import productions from TEVO
• Transfer out day of orders
• Monitor Zendesk for urgent issues and support tickets
• Monitor sell order action items
• Reach out to sellers on opening orders with starting day of orders
• Monitor and follow up with denied entries claims
• Bulk create productions for NBA, NFL, MLB, Playoffs etc as announced
• Monitor Stub Hub mappings in AP Admin and help if numbers climb
• Complete ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
Required: High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent
Desired: Experience with word processing, database, and software applications
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Personal Attributes:
· Use of word processing, database, and spreadsheet software applications
· Ability to use internet browsers to navigate vendor and ticket websites
· Use of standard office equipment, including telephones, calculators, copiers, and computers
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Must have close attention to detail and ensure accuracy of ticket inventory
· Must be able to view small type text on a computer screen
· Must have good decision-making skills and be comfortable having responsibility with affecting revenue
· Must be a quick learner
· Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
· Must be enthusiastic and passionate
· General interest and knowledge of sports and/or entertainment industry is a plus
