Assistant Women's Soccer Coach, NCAA

Job Summary

Primary responsibilities are to assist the Head Coach in all aspects of a Division I Women’s Soccer program.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with practice planning, organization and execution
• On-field coaching during training and individual sessions
• Coordination of student-athlete recruiting
• Arranging team travel
• Organization of compliance administrative forms
• Game day personnel management
• Organizing alumni events
• Maintain equipment inventory
• Fundraising
• Social media monitoring, community service monitoring and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach Candidates must be committed to the academic and athletic success of the student-athlete.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and four years of college coaching or Division I playing experience.
