Account Manager, Partnerships

Job Summary

• Help manage all current marketing and media partnerships.
• The candidate will be required to work across the portfolio of sponsors on a daily basis to create and execute impactful sports marketing initiatives.
• This Account Executive will have the opportunity to work on the ground floor of the most innovative sports league in the industry and manage meaningful and groundbreaking multi-year sponsorships. 

• Work within the partnerships team to help manage all existing sponsorships including: 
  
  
  • Lacrosse Endemic Partnerships 
  
  
  • National Partnerships
  
  
  • Local Partnerships
  
  
  • Media Partnerships
  
  


• Manage national partnerships across the suite of sponsorship assets


• Co-develop partnership renewal and upsell packages around partnership offerings 


• Assist on-site during Weekends to track and fulfill partnership/activation deliverables 


• Coordinate with Lacrosse Operations to ensure equipment fulfillment with endemic partners


• Contribute to uniform and team identity strategy for each season


• Develop strong working relationships with all partners

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 


• 1-3 years of experience working in client management 
  
  
  • Agency, sports property or brand experience is preferred 
  
  
  • Sports industry experience is a plus 


• Deep understanding of the sports sponsorship landscape


• Strategic thinker that can manage both short term and long term projects simultaneously 


• Comfortable interacting with external parties/partners on a day-to-day basis


• Strong organization skills to track partnership asset fulfillment


• Willing and excited to travel to all weekends
