Job Summary

The Role:

  • The Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for selling football ticket packages including season tickets, partial plans, group tickets, and premium hospitality packages as well as tickets packages for men’s basketball.
  • This person should be a self-motivated and positive professional.
  • The Inside Sales Representative will work under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Ticket Sales & Service.


Responsibilities: 

  • This position will be focused on outbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and meetings to execute sales presentations and close sales.
  • The candidate will be responsible for selling a full menu of ticket packages for  football (full seasons, partial plans, suites and groups).
  • Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, events and game days.
  • The candidate will be accountable for certain levels of outbound sales activities goals.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly ticket revenue targets set forth by their manager.
  • Build strong relationships to provide long-term relationships.
  • Performing game-day responsibilities including entertaining clients and fulfilling large group commitments.
  • Candidate should possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as a competitive desire to be the best.


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior sales experience preferred.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and a burning desire to build a career in the sports industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Committed to success and the sports industry with a desire to aggressively compete within a team environment.
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.
  • Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary.
  • Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) system preferably Microsoft Dynamics / KORE.
