Job Summary

The position will be in charge of developing and executing a clear and compelling vision for the continuous development of summer programming and competitive athletics.

Duties

• Development of overarching philosophy of Athletics
• Ensuring the mission and vision of the School and League is reflected by the department
• Helping to develop recruiting techniques
• Helping in overseeing the training of captains and team managers
• Supervising, training, mentoring of all members and coaches
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• School leader and supervisor significant experience
• Athletic experience
• Strong values and ethical behavior
• Strong organizational/presentation skills
