Job Summary

• Technical support of Win50 system
  
  
  • Win50 Servers Hardware and Software (Microsoft Windows)
  
  
  • Win50 Seller Handsets Hardware and Software (Microsoft Windows)
  
  
  • Win50 Belt Printers
  
  
  • Win50 Counterfoil Printers
  
  
  • Win50 Network Operations (Basic troubleshooting and escalation to network team)
  
  
  • Win50 Cashout Stations Hardware and Software (Microsoft Windows)
  
  


• Assist in the Win50 Operations room with various duties pre and post event


• Take direction from Win50 Event Manager to assist with docking handsets, moving equipment


• Monitor radio “Technology” channel for any tech requests outside of Win50 and escalate to on call personnel when needed


• Liaise with Win50 Event Manager and the Supervisor, Service desk as necessary

• 1 year of equivalent experience in Technology support / service desk


• Post-secondary education in Computers or related discipline, or equivalent work experience


• Experience supporting Windows 10 Operating system, Windows Server, Server hardware and software, SQL Server basic support preferred


• Previous experience with desk-side Hardware support, HP / Dell Laptops, Printers


• Past experience with Server hardware support


• Basic network troubleshooting skills / foundational network background

• Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills


• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment


• Strong client service, communication and interpersonal skills


• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.


• Must be over the age of 18


• Must be willing to participate in the company’s pre-employment screening process, including a Criminal Record Check.
