Assistant Director of Athletic Facilities and Event Management - NCAA

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of helping in all the facets of operational planning and management of home contests and special events.

Duties

• Daily operations of all athletic facilities maintenance and management
• Helping in game day operations and event management
• Monitoring and tracking of master schedule of athletic facilities
• Coordinating of all work orders of the department
• Helping to coordinate of part time staff and associated payroll
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
• 2 years of NCAA Division 1 experience
• Valid driver's license
• Knows the rules of NCAA
• Can work varying days/hours
