Facility Engineer, Part Time

Job Summary

• Perform basic maintenance throughout the facility


•  Respond to maintenance calls


• Adhere to all company and department policies, procedures and guidelines


• Follow safe working techniques and procedures

• Minimum of 2 years plumbing experience required


• Minimum of 2 years office building/apartment maintenance required


• Must be Ambitious and able to work independently


• Ability to communicate with all levels of people (co-workers, executives, guests, etc.)


• Ability to take direction and follow routine


• Ability to handle fast paced, detail oriented instructions 


• Ability to grasp taught skills and apply to future tasks


• Self motivated; driven and capable of motivating others


• Desire to learn basic maintenance skills (power, plumbing, etc.)
