Sales and Service Consultant

Job Summary

The position will perform outbound and inbound calls to attend to ticketed sports for the Athletics Department.

Duties

• Meeting/exceeding of sales goals
• Ensuring to grow weekly leads
• Maintaining of computerized records of prospect clients
• Making at least 65 outbound calls per day
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• With the desire to grow sports ticketed sales industry
• MS office proficient
• Detail oriented
• Prior customer service or retail sales experience
• Strong listening/communication/presentation skills
