Event Operations Assistant

Job Summary

• Assist the Operations Team in moving, loading, unloading equipment and supplies


• Assist with vendor management, activation logistics and overall event coordination with stadium events


• Manage and keep inventory of all Event Operations Department assets


• Manage the distribution of Event Operations assets on game days


• Aid the organization with game day set up, execution and tear down

• Hard work ethic and demonstration of proactiveness
