Job Summary
Responsibilities
Working under the indirect supervision of the Head Football Coach and the Athletic Director, the Director of Football Operations is an integral member of the football programs staff. This position oversees the budget for the entirety of the football programs, which includes operations, travel, recruiting, and equipment. This position plays an integral role in the coordinating all team travel as well as planning and assisting with recruiting events, game days, and junior days. The Director of Football Operations will supervise the Equipment Manager as well as the Coordinator of Creative Services.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and one year of related experience working with an athletic sport or program, which must include prior experience working with budgets are required. The successful candidate must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Additionally, the candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to set priorities, organize and coordinate an office operation, anticipate needs, work on multiple tasks under deadlines, and be able to exercise good judgement with confidential or sensitive matters.
