Job Summary
Seeking enthusiastic, driven, and energetic individuals to join our sales team. The selected candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends throughout the baseball season. Ticket Sales Representatives are responsible for developing new business & renewing season memberships, mini-plans, group tickets, picnics, game day suites, birthday packages, 4-Tops and other special events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain adequate, well-organized inventories of sales tools.
- Make 75-100 outbound calls per day to individuals and businesses.
- Develop new leads through cold calling, utilization of CRM, and referrals from clients.
- Renew and service designated group outings from 2019 season.
- Sell ticket plans to past attendees
- Sell, coordinate, and execute new group outings.
- Assist the Box Office on daily basis
- Focus on the selling of all group outing options that relate to schools and churches (i.e. Education Day field trips, National Anthem/God Bless America performances, etc.)
Requirements:
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- BA/BS, (Or working towards) degree preferably in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities necessary to perform essential functions:
- Ability to learn and master new software programs including Tickets.com and Score CRM.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strong ability to create and flourish in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports.
- Punctual and reliable attendance.
