Job Summary
The Conversion Associate shall be responsible for performing routine duties and completing conversion requirements associated with the day-to-day activities of the conversion division of the Stadium Operations. Duties include but are not limited to: manual labor, event set-up and tear down activities, compliance with equipment handling guidelines, and such other functions and duties as required by the Conversion Supervisor and Conversion Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lift moderate amounts of weight in the form of tables, chairs, stanchions, staging floor panels and plywood panels as required.
- Push equipment carts, door panels and staging units as required.
- Follow written and verbal instructions.
- Assume responsibility for equipment assigned (i.e., pagers, two-way radios, keys, tapes, etc.).
- Insure that all storage rooms are kept clean and in an orderly manner.
- Complete daily assignments as assigned and in a cooperative manner.
- Be prepared to work unusual shifts and hours.
- Such other duties, functions, special projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Conversion Supervisor.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. Minimum one (1) year experience in a set-up or related position preferred.
