Ticket Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Ticket Sales Manager role is responsible for the processing, selling, and operation tickets and the ticket sales department as a whole.

Qualifications and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, as candidates will be expected to fulfill a number of roles:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience
• Relevant experience in processing and selling
• In charge of ticket operations, processing ticket orders, selling group tickets, selling and renewing season tickets.
• Prior experience in hockey/sports preferred
• Experience as a motivated self-starter, with creative ideas, and the ability to lead.
• A hard-work ethic and mental attitude of success.
