Job Summary

The position will be in charge of directing all the facets of intercollegiate Cross Country team like recruitment, retaining, coaching, scheduling, team travel.

Duties

• Managing all the facets of competitive NCAA and CCIW compliant recruitment
• Ensuring academic success commitment
• Gives on site coaching during meets/practices
• Hiring, supervising, development of part time/graduate assistant coaches
• Completion of all other tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred
• Can work varying days/hours
• Can travel with the team by vehicle/plane
• Valid driver's license
