Business Intelligence Intern (Summer 2020)

Job Summary

• Perform system maintenance to the CRM System


• Perform leads list loads for the sales teams.


• Troubleshoot user identified problems within the system.


• Create dashboards that drive insight into our business.


• Partner with CRM Manager in the development of custom features to increase usability and functionality of the system.


• Assist in extracting, analyzing, and presenting data to identify areas for opportunity to improve the effectiveness of our sales process. 

• Strong work ethic


• Highly analytical with a quantitative academic background


• Comfortable working in a fast paced, and energetic office environment


• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects at once.


• Critical attention to detail with a high level of accountability. 


• Ability to work independently.


• Capable of communicating and working with multiple departments.


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.


• Possess understanding of the function and value of CRM systems.
