Job Summary

The position will be in charge of designing and overseeing all learning and development programs to support the mission.

Duties

• Partnering with business leaders to create the learning and development of programs
• Development and managing of comprehensive onboarding and new hire experience programs
• Developing and delivery of creative/blended learning solutions
• Recommending and managing of vendors for design
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• 8 years of professional experience
• Strong skills communication/management/prioritization
• Can work under pressure
• Adaptable and can adjust easily to changes
• Friendly and professional
