Group Events Assistant

Job Summary

Position summary:

Individuals in this position provide pivotal support to the Group Events team with the execution and activation of game night fan experiences, promotions, and events before, during and after all home games.

Responsibilities:

• Our top assistants are able to perform these essential job functions while maintaining an outstanding level of customer service:
• Assist with the fulfillment of all Group Events fan experiences and at home games.
• Staff the Group Zone and Redemption Zone booths at and home games.
• Assist with implementation of single-game group ticket promotions and redemptions.
• Interact with fans, field questions, and provide excellent customer service.
• Support initiatives & promotions in the office as needed.
• Perform and strengthen other duties as they are assigned.

What are your proficiencies or equivalent experiences?

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Computer skills required: experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• Ability to manage specific tasks in the department under supervision.
• Ability to work well on a team and independently.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
