Home Team Sports is currently looking for a Vice President of Ad Sales to manage our office.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Communicate and remain proactive in the day-to-day sales process, handling issues regarding inventory, pricing, stewardship, errors, strategies, targets and budgets
• Ensure that the Account Executives, CSRs  (Sales Planners) and CSCs (Sales Assistants) remain focused on stewardship; presentation development; prospecting; building working relationships in the ad buying community; using integrations concepts to develop regional sports marketing programs; and delivering compelling presentations

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• At least 5+ years experience in media sales management, with experience in sports sponsorship
• A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, as well as dynamic presentation skills and the ability to engage a multitude of audiences
