Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • The individual will provide organization and leadership for all phases of these programs and responsibilities will include recruiting, meet preparation, practice organization, fund raising, mentoring of student-athletes, and developing annual service/engagement projects for student-athletes.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree, previous collegiate coaching and recruiting experience, and a valid unrestricted driver’s license are required.
  • A master’s degree, USATF or USTFCCCA coaching education certification, and ability to coach multi-events preferred.
  • This position requires some evening and weekend work combined with business hours and some recruiting travel.
