Group Sales Representative

Job Summary

• This individual is responsible for arranging ticket sales for various groups, companies, and organizations.
• The representative will also be responsible to build relationships, new and renewing business and should have excellent customer service skills.
• This may include community outreach and grassroots marketing programs.
• Must meet all predetermined activity and sales goals.
• Individual must possess excellent communication skills and be detail oriented.

• Must meet or exceed assigned goals for all ticket products 


• Must possess excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills 


• Heightened attention to detail with strong time management skills


• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours


• Knowledgeable using Ticket Master/Archtics/CRM


• Competitive, committed, and able to collaborate in a changing environment 


• College degree a must
