Job Summary

 

The position will be monitoring and responding quickly to requests of Service Desk ticketing queue.

 

Duties

  • Gives frontline support for hardware and business application
  • Monitoring of Service Desk for ticket
  • Modifying of configurations/software default settings/utilities
  • Creating of technical documentation
  • Escalating of any technical support issues
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of recent Service Desk experience
  • MS office proficient
  • Strong skills communication/organization
  • Can multitask at work
