Job Summary

The position will be professionally represent the company to clients and venue leadership.

Duties

• Developing and/or reviewing the staffing plans for each event
• Scheduling of part time team members
• Creating of crew calls, leadership deployments, event notes
• Event operations
• Handling stadium major events
• Administrative tasks
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Can work varying days/hours
• Relevant work experience
