Job Summary

 
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership of the creative team to ensure the brand is executed with consistency across all platforms and in all situations

  • Drive the overall consistency of the look and feel for the entire organization on all marketing channels including print, video, social and game presentation

  • Responsible for the development of cutting-edge creative that is focused on building the brand and maximizing all revenue streams

  • Manage oversight and engagement of agency relationships
  • Direct the approval process of all brand and campaign assets for corporate partner use

  • Plan and execute strategies that are revenue focused, aimed at achieving projected goals across Ticketing, Partnerships, Retail and other business units.

  • Partner with the Business Intelligence team to develop and refine data driven strategies to grow the brand and leverage the entire Family group assets

  • Serve as a thought leader, storyteller and spokesperson to bring corporate positioning to life

  • Work closely with all teams to ensure superior customer service and to support overall company strategy

  • Oversee the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives for the organization

 
Qualifications, Skills and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

  • 7+ years’ proven marketing/advertising experience; sports, entertainment, or lifestyle brand marketing experience preferred

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and agency partners

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and tools

  • Excellent strategic thinking capabilities

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a flat organizational hierarchy with no ego attached

  • A self-starter and team player who exhibits strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability

  • Ability to adapt and adjust to changing needs of the business while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Ability to make sound decisions and exercise independent judgement and discretion with integrity and accountability, while working in a fast-paced, high-demand, and sometimes strenuous environment.

  • Must be detail-oriented and must be able to multi-task while managing time successfully.
