Job Summary
The position will be in charge of providing effective leadership of the daily management of diplomat men's basketball team.
Duties
- Executing and maintaining standard of performance in line with the goals of college for academic and athletic excellence.
- Instructing, mentoring, coaching and guiding the student athletes and enable their athletic skills to be developed
- Program management within the guidelines of budget
- Developing and executing of recruiting strategies
- Promoting the team and provide relevant information to the media
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Prior coaching/recruiting of scholar athlete experience
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
