Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up office and power on Stadium Experience Center technology
- Handle incoming phone calls for directions and access to the Columbus Crew Stadium Experience Center
- Greet and check in guests for appointments with designated sales representatives
- Maintain neat and presentable reception area
- Coordinate with various outside vendors for order and delivery of all office needs
- Perform office projects or tasks as necessary
- Must be punctual with all assigned Experience Center shifts
- Effectively answer general guest questions with accuracy and within a timely manner
- Promptly report any misuse of, or unsafe behavior to management
- Expand knowledge of the Columbus Crew organization to best assist clients and company employees
- Represent the organization in a professional manner, coherent with the team’s culture and values
- Assist in operations-based solutions when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to manage reception area with frequent visitors
- Polished and professional demeanor, notably around high-profile clientele
- Ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks and incoming requests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a client facing role
- Display strong attention to detail
- Candidate must be enthusiastic and maintain a “guest first” mentality
