Camping Specialist, Part Time

 

•        Act as information center to fans visiting facility

•        Provide excellent customer service skills

•        Maintain neat and orderly work area

•        Assist with all event responsibilities regarding race day operations

•        Handle all incoming sales/service calls 

•        Mail printed camping passes daily, weekly (as needed)

•        Handle daily report for individual sales and balances with monies received

•        Assist customer service efforts during renewal campaigns

•        Assist in mass mailings of invoices, passes, etc.

•        Efficiently manage workday as determined by Management

•        Prospect and qualify all potential sales opportunities

•        Maintain computerized records of clients and prospects with our Reservation and Ticketing system

•        Assist with any other jobs or responsibilities requested

 

 

•        Excellent customer service skills
•        Ability to resolve customer concerns/complaints with a calm, positive attitude

•        Proficient in basic computer software programs

•        Strong organizational and communication skills

•        Ability to work as a team player

•        Ability to attend all events (evenings, weekend hours and possible holidays)
•        Availability on the weekends is a MUST, however you will not be required to work every weekend
