Fan Relations Account Executive

Job Summary

• Responsible for the account management of a Loge client base of NHL Team Season Ticket Holders.


• Assist with the implementation of two NHL Team Season Ticket Holder events per year.


• Resolve customer service and ticketing issues from NHL Team Season Ticket Holders, TD Garden patrons, and general fans.


• Oversee and optimize the relationship and guest experience of NHL Team Season Ticket Holders to optimize retention while maximizing sales and profitability.


• Assist with the execution of NHL Team Season Ticket Holder events and benefits


• Responsible for a client base of NHL Team Game Plan Holders and Group Buyers, along with TD Garden Suite Renters.


• Solicit referrals and make recommendations for the purpose of generating news sales leads to maximize sales and revenue for the NHL Team and TD Garden.


• Collaborates with NHL Team Box Office on all ticket-related issues and assists with upgrades to maximize client experience.

• Responds to inquiries from NHL Team Season Ticket Holders, patrons, and fans via emails, letters, and phone calls.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.


• 3-5 years of successful track record of client retention and sales experience.


• Knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics, Ticketmaster Account Manager, Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented, empathetic, strong problem solving skills, ability to work with internal clients on a professional level, strong interpersonal skills, strong listening skills, strong sales skills, the ability to exhibit patience and calmness under difficult circumstances.
