Digital Production Assistant Post Graduate Intern

Job Summary

• Produce, shoot and edit content for the team website and teams’ official Mobile App
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of press conferences and studio shoots
• Shoot press conferences, practice and locker room interviews
• Operate control room positions during studio shoots
•  Prep and load video content and graphical assets prior to studio shoots
• Manage and use CMS workflow to post content to the team website on a daily basis
• Edit player highlight melts, player/coach interviews and a variety of studio segments
• Archive & log game photos and footage
• Execute external footage requests as assigned
• Participate in a rotation of covering evening studio shoots
• On home games, assist in a variety of rotating roles (stadium camera/studio work) 

• Detail oriented and good organizational skills
• Good communicator
• Proficient at working independently while executing others’ creative vision
• Quick learner & problem solver
• Strong understanding of video production equipment and lighting techniques
• Experience in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects
• Flexible schedule throughout the week and on gamedays
• Basic football knowledge and familiarity with the NFL Team 

• Experience in studio production, field production, and live production environments
• Understanding and ability to utilize various camera formats, ranging from mobile to cine systems
• Basic knowledge of audio production
• Basic understanding of various video codecs, resolutions and frame rates

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks
• Frequently stand/walk and reach/work above shoulders
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
