Job Summary

 

The position will be handling all incoming calls and walk in clients professionally.

 

Duties

  • Accepting and distributing of all incoming mail and deliveries
  • Helping in bookkeeping, clerical tasks
  • Filing of all incidents/workers compensation claims
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience as receptionist or administrative assistant
  • Professional with customer service experience
  • Attentive to detail and can multitask at work
