Job Summary
The position will be in charge of teaching, coaching, instructing of proper skills while demonstrating positive values.
Duties
- Modelling and displaying professionalism
- Supervising and motivating of players
- Performing 1 on 1 instructing and helping with new programming for the Academy
- Helping the onsite director with camp setup, instruction, etc
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Baseball/softball experience
- Can hit fungo and can throw batting practice
- Can lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong skills communication/leadership
- With good judgment
