Job Summary
The position will be in charge of serving as the main contact person for Venue Management linked to all venues.
Duties
- Supporting the SVP, Legal and Business Affairs with collective bargaining support
- Leading the negotiation for less critical collective bargaining agreements
- Take on primary responsibility for matters linked to issues and union relations
- Reviewing and providing counsel about disciplinary action
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Completed 2 years of college level coursework
- Legal education and JD from accredited schol
- Extensive background in labor law
- Strong skills communication/negotiation/contract drafting
