Marketing & Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

 
  • Manages calendars to schedule both internal and external meetings, answering and filtering incoming calls and screening incoming emails and information.
  • Coordinates and schedules travel arrangements.
  •  Prepares and processes business expense reports and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Research/fact-find for presentations and other initiatives.
  •  Coordinate and plan meetings, conference calls, speaking engagements and special events, including arrangement of logistics, meeting space, communications.
  • Create meeting agendas and provide departmental feedback post meetings.
  • Understand how tasks and objectives contribute to the overall Marketing and Operations business goals and objectives.
  • Handle highly confidential information in an appropriate and professional manner.
  • Work closely with various departments to organize marketing meetings, off-sites, events and other functions.
  • Manages VIP suites, guest ticket requests and parking arrangements, and serves as host as required.
  • Additional projects, as assigned

 

Qualifications (educational, experience, & basic knowledge requirements):

 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-2 years in a fast-paced office environment; sports experience specifically in marketing and operations and a demonstrated exceptional customer service, a plus
  • Great relationship builder
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks; excellent time management, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple supervisors with varying needs and styles
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter
  • Must have well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide variety of audiences, demonstrating strong communication skills including both written and verbal
  • Must be flexible & reliable team player, both within own department and within company as a whole
  • Must possess a strong ability to manage one’s own time and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
