Coordinator, Partnership Marketing

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day projects and execution of partner specific marketing assets


• Drive partner asset delivery efficiencies across all properties

• Maintain the Partner fulfillment and activation budget

• Maintain weekly status reports and attend internal and Partner status meetings


• Support Partnership Marketing team with general project requests



• Additional responsibilities as assigned. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree


• 1+ years of experience in Event operations, Brand activation and Client relationships preferred


• Superior client and customer facing skills


• High-level of commitment to a quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance


• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing


• Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills


• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision 


• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook


• Ability to travel and to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
