Job Summary

The position will be in charge of coordinating the process of volunteer application process.

Duties

• Creating volunteer handbook while distributing at orientation
• Planning and executing of online and in person volunteer orientations
• Coordinating the distribution of volunteer parking passes/tickets/meal voucher
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Event management/sales experience preferred
• Can work long/flexible hours
• Strong skills with people and communication
• Good time management skills
• Can multitask at work
