Accountant

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of entering financial transactions to the accounting system while researching information to help in preparing financial reports.

Duties

• Reviewing of invoices for accuracy and error corrections
• Ensuring to properly approved expenses
• Invoice processing for payments as per the help of the Finance Manager
• Posting of transactions to ledgers, journals, etc
• Preparing of period end general ledger
• Preparing of deposits from ticket sales/events
• Helping to research additional information for financial reports
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• 2 years of accounting position
• Organized and systematic thinker
• Strong skills time management/organizational/communications
• Can work varying days/hours
