Job Summary
The position will be in charge of working with Service Desk team that supports 350+ staff, interns, consultants, etc.
Duties
- Supporting of mobile devices and enrollment through MDM software
- Attending to requests, progress documents, technical directions
- Maintaining of AV equipment while handling daily walkthroughs for all conference rooms
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of Help Desk/Service Desk role experience
- MS office Suite proficiency
- Strong skills interpersonal/communication
- Can multitask at work
- Can work varying days/hours
