Job Summary

 

The position will be in charge of working with Service Desk team that supports 350+ staff, interns, consultants, etc.

 

Duties

  • Supporting of mobile devices and enrollment through MDM software
  • Attending to requests, progress documents, technical directions
  • Maintaining of AV equipment while handling daily walkthroughs for all conference rooms
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of Help Desk/Service Desk role experience
  • MS office Suite proficiency
  • Strong skills interpersonal/communication
  • Can multitask at work
  • Can work varying days/hours
