In-Stadium Production & Entertainment

• Create, manage and execute in-stadium ROS
• Coordinate player walk-ons with Broadcast partner and ATP/WTA
• Manager for all partner and fan promotions – games, coin tosses, pictures and experiential opportunities
• Create and manage video board content (video, messaging, pictures);
• Coordinate with Partnerships team to create and deliver partner content;
• Coordinate with sound/av techs; collaborate with roaming and stationary PAs
• Attend and assist with grassroots marketing program
  
   

• Event management and sales experience preferred


• Must be willing to work long, flexible hours and weekends throughout internship


• Excellent communication and people skills


• Must have good time management skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously


• Must have housing in the DMV area. Housing is not provided; however, we are happy to connect other interns should there be shared living opportunities

• Applicant must list the top two areas of interest in their cover letter or email

• Your application will be reviewed by members of the Tournament Team. If selected for an in-person interview, a team member will contact you directly via email or phone.

• The writing assignment is meant to give us a sense of how you approach business opportunities, your thought-process, creativity, rationale and writing skill sets. There is no right or wrong answer. 


• Please limit your answer to 1-2 pages


• Review the questions below and choose one (1) question to answer:
  
  
  1. Which three brands do you think successfully execute their social media platforms and why? 
  
  
  2.  You and your friends can go to one summer sporting event for one day - a Nationals game, Soccer Friendly, Redskins Training Camp or a Golf Tournament. Which one do you choose and why?
  
  
  3.  Identify 2 organizations in the Washington DC Metro Area that could help promote the tournament to a specific demographic (ie potential attendee) or to the masses? 
  
  
  4.  Develop a ticket promotion  that includes social media and a retail component.
  
  
  5.  You are XYZ Brand, develop an on-site activation that would engage fans throughout the week at the Tournament.
