Job Summary

The position will be in charge of supervising all the facets of Swimming and Diving programs.

Duties

Overseeing the planning/organizing/conducting/evaluating of practice sessions and competitions
Preparing of team schedules
Handling administrative tasks
Supervising the assistant coaching staff/volunteers/practicum trips
Other related tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Prior NCAA coaching experience
3 years of successful coaching/diving experience
With certifications: WSI/Lifeguard Instructor/First Aid/CPR/AED
Strong skills communication/interpersonal/organizational
MS office proficient
Valid driver's license
