Job Summary
The position will be handling the overall operations of intercollegiate level lacrosse program as per the rules of the University and NCAA.
Duties:
- On-site coaching for games and practices
- Planning and preparing for games
- Helping in the strength and conditioning program for student athletes
- Academic progress monitoring
- Recruitment and retaining of talented athletes
- Relations building
- Other related tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior coaching experience in college level
- Committed to the liberal arts education values
- Attentive to detail
