Job Summary

Summary:

MLB Team Youth Baseball Academy Summer League Site Coordinators commit to supporting the youth baseball and character development initiatives of the Nationals Youth Baseball Academy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Take a lead role in implementing baseball/softball instruction and lead team time

Maintain supplies for baseball/softball-and other physical activities.

Manage all Summer League Coaches and volunteers with respect to their site

Requirements:

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma

Minimum of 3 years experience in coaching youth sports
