Job Summary

 

The position will be managing and handling the administration of all related activities of women's wrestling program.

 

Duties:

  • Ensuring that the wrestling program take on parallel goals to develop quality and competitive athletics program
  • Developing equivalent recruitment strategies
  • Directing of all recruiting tasks
  • Selection of team members
  • Scheduling and supervising of all practice sessions
  • Protecting the integrity of women's wrestling program
  • Other related tasks

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
  • 3 years of coaching experience
  • NCAA rules knowledge
  • MS office proficient
