Job Summary
The position will be managing and handling the administration of all related activities of women's wrestling program.
Duties:
- Ensuring that the wrestling program take on parallel goals to develop quality and competitive athletics program
- Developing equivalent recruitment strategies
- Directing of all recruiting tasks
- Selection of team members
- Scheduling and supervising of all practice sessions
- Protecting the integrity of women's wrestling program
- Other related tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
- 3 years of coaching experience
- NCAA rules knowledge
- MS office proficient
