Head Women's Lacrosse Coach - NCAA

Job Summary

This position is responsible for directing all phases of the  University Women's Lacrosse program. This position works under general supervision.

Duties:

• Responsible for the preparation and execution of practices and preparation for games in order to develop a competitive team.
• Responsible for providing leadership to two full-time assistant coaches and 30-35 student-athletes.
• Responsible for directing all recruiting efforts of the program including identifying needs each year, and identifying potential student-athletes to fill needs in order to attract quality players to the program.
• Work with academic support counselors to monitor student-athletes progress in classwork to ensure academic progress and degree completion.
• Establish fundamental importance of academic success and its positive/integral relationship with success of the soccer program.
