The Graduate Assistant will be responsible for provide leadership support to the Head Coach and Assistant Coach and assist the coaching staff in all facets of the program, including the recruitment of quality student-athletes, organization and planning of practices, game preparation, administrative duties, scouting, field maintenance, and monitoring of student-athlete academic progress.

Responsibilities

Game and practice duties as well as administrative duties.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to throw full wind-mill batting practice
• Former High School or College softball/baseball player
• Pitching experience preferred and the ability to do field maintenance.
