Part-time Business Administrator

Job Summary

The position will be helping the IT organization with several administrative tasks like invoice processing and reconciliation, documentation, applications testing, etc.

Duties:

• Managing, tracking and facilitating of chargeback for IT supplies
• Helping on-boarding and off boarding of employee related data
• Validating the accuracy of data
• Updating and validating of content
• Helping with documentation of new releases/release notes
• Coordinating with Finance Department personnel about invoice details
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• MS software knowledge
• Business environment work experience
• Third party software exposure
• Strong skills communication/problem solving
