Assistant Swim Coach

Job Summary

Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for the position of Assistant Swim Coach who will be expected to lead our teams in reflecting excellence on and off the venues of competition.

We will launch our inaugural swim teams competition in the 2020-21 academic year.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Assisting the head swim coach in directing men and women intercollegiate swim teams in the following areas.
• Planning and administering all aspects of the program including coaching, recruiting, scheduling, compliance, fiscal management, supervision, public relations, promotions, facility management and fundraising.
