Sales and Service Consultant

Job Summary

The position will perform outbound calls and handle service inbound calls for the Athletic Department for all its ticketed sports.

Duties:

• Meeting/exceeding of sales goals
• Significantly grow the sales weekly
• Work on home games
• Contacting of area businesses and people through phone/in person appointments
• Make 80-100 outbound calls per day
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• MS office proficient
• Customer service or retail sales prior experience
• AXA Ticketing software experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong skills listening/presentation/communication
