Job Summary
The position will be developing the premium sales and service strategy while overseeing the sales team with 8-10 account executives.
Duties:
- Leading and performing of Premium Sales and Service team
- Monitoring, leading, evaluating of staff performance consistently
- Training and coaching of membership sales and service team
- Supporting to ticket sales leadership
- Helping with ticket sales department strategic planning and execution all year round
- Other related tasks
Qualifications:
- 5 years of successful high end sales experience
- 3 years of direct experience to develop/manage sales team
- Strong commercial skills
- Strong time management/organizational skills
- Independent and self motivated
